Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS.

Garments may be exchanged for another size or style within 3 days of receiving your order. These garments are made with custom fabric, we may not have the same design in stock as your initial order.

How to process exchange?

  1. Fill out the “Exchange Form”. Please include your Order #.

  2. Wait for Return Confirmation

  3. You have 3 days to mail out your exchange. If the exchange is not postmarked “SHIPPED” within 3 days we will not accept your return.

  4. Return shipping postage is the customer's responsibility unless advised differently. You will be invoiced for shipping, once the item is received. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.

  5. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED- if an exchange is received without tags attached, it will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back. 

PLEASE NOTE:

All items purchased on Sale, Flash Sales, at Craft Fair events are non-returnable, ALL SALES FINAL!  

Accessories: ALL SALES FINAL! No returns or exchanges.
